True, but Ottawa looks for real again this year. As much as it pains me to say that....

:biglaugh:

Yeah I know that but I thought Spezza was a big part of that. He's a playmaker and he opens up a lot for all their other players. Guess I was wrong, oh well, let's see if they can keep it up.

Uhh.. what?

It's called lactose intolerance.. Percentage of people with lactose intolerance now a days is through the roof. If you read the label of most milk, you're getting more sugar in your milk then anything else.. There are much better ways of getting calcium.

It's just lactose intolerance.

There's some good lactose free milks out there. tend to be sweeter than Dairy milk.

I like milk though. Tastes good and provides protein.

Why even waste your time getting protein from that? Are you bulking or cutting? If you're bulking, peanuts / peanut butter, bad ass way to bulk. If you're cutting, tuna in a can is bad ass. Love that stuff and you're a cat.

Hey Hodgson's my boy.

LEave him alone. He's doing just fine.

BUt ya he could use another year or two experince. BUffalo will be scary as all hell when they finally "get it" in a year or two.

They still have some work to do. They have 2 quality 1st line wingers, great goaltending and good defense but not much else I don't think. If people like Hodgson and Grigs 'get it' though, yes, they will be scary. Right now though it doesn't look like Grigs is going to 'get it', almost seems like Ron Wilson is coaching him over there

Ottawa will keep it up as long as Anderson is in net in my opinion. No way he can keep up his amazing start, but as long as he is doing adequately I think Ottawa will be solid :(

I've never had a big appetite. As a kid I didn't really eat a lot because I was hardly ever hungry. My appetite has grown since then but I still probably don't get hungry as much/often as most people, and when I do it doesn't take a lot to appease that hunger.

Is drinking milk bad or something?...

 Doctor must have given you quite the "I told you so" look

I got a major concussion from skiing when I was 13, doc said I should never play hockey until I remember the incident (it's a giant blackout for hours) .. 13 years later, still don't remember, played a lot of hockey since

... Oops :sarcasm:

Ya when I showed up in his office two days after my first visit.....

He was totally "I told ya so."

I was lucky though. My supervisor is the dept.'s back care training specialist. Broke his back years ago and spent 18 months in bed. Makes him an expert.

He found me in the break room sitting like someone had shoved a rod up my spine.

He was Like "I can't tell you what to do, you are your own barometer. But if you think you need to see your Doctor you need to tell me, and go see him."

I could barely squeek: "I think I need to see my doctor."

I injured the one muscle, and by trying to continue working the other back muscles just seized up.

Like I said it's just not needed. There's a lot of sugar in most milks, and it doesn't really serve as much nutritional value as other dairy products just because of the way they make it now a days. Unless you drink the proper milk, then probably :P

What other dairy products are better? And what do you mean by proper milk? I get the regular kind from the grocery store. Like this...

Certain milk has less sugar then others.

That's for 2% milk. 15 g of sugar per 100g of milk.

Danone Yogurt

The milk I have contains 12grams of sugar per 250ml.

1 gram of milk is approx equal to 1ml. So for your first label that would be 40grams of sugar per 250ml of milk. WTF. That's not normal man. I don't know where you found that label but it definitely isn't the norm...

*insert that Shakira 'no 1 curr' gif here* :sarcasm:

YOU should see how they puncture the cows vein.

Blood and MIlk from the same animal. Mixed into some super potent milkshake.

Now that is sustainable farming. ;)
