Does anyone remember Riley Nash even playing tonight? like why the f*** was Keefe treating like a preseason game and playing bums for the first time. guys that have zero chemistry with the team.

thornton is as washed up as it gets.

pandemic marner was awful tonight

only bright spots were nylander, sandin, and cambell. rest of the team was hot garbage.

They folded again when faced with adversity.

A team full of heart would have won it for their injured captain.

Instead it’s all over again.

I don’t know why we subject this to ourselves every year.

Welp, we just lost to the worst team in the playoffs. (They wouldn't have made it under normal circumstances)

What does that make us?

That one sucked especially with the uncertainty over Tavares.

I still have little doubt the Leafs can end this series sooner than later (the Habs have zero offensive power), but the coaches really have to get that pp rolling.

Nylander needs to be on the 1st unit. It's okay to bump Thornton ect (at least off the pp)

Thornton stinks. I’ve said it a dozen times but Keefe continuing to stick with veterans could be our downfall. Especially putting them in key positions.

Not happy with some of of the comments Habs and Isles fans have been making about Tavares. Very very disgusting.

Keefe getting outcoaches by an interim coach lol.
Thornton makes mistake that leads to 1st goal, play him 1st PP and he makes second mistake that leads to GWG, Thornton is f***ing washed

Nothing seems to have changed. Lose a player to injury/suspension, get outgoalied, no one can score, PP goes cold. It looks exactly the same each year.

kick rocks *****

You know it's true. There was nothing different from that performance than the performance in against Columbus last year. Montreal basically used the same game plan and, again, Toronto had no answer.

Every other high powered scoring team continues to pile up points in the playoffs and Toronto just chokes. Florida scoring at will on Vasy (the best goalie in the world) and Toronto can't buy a goal.

Predictable loss. Load up on grit and this is what happens. The grit fans have a lot of explaining to do.
they have nothing to explain. wtf its not the fans that built this team, is their something wrong with you or do you not understand how hockey teams are built? fans build the team what a horrible take how can anyone take anything you post seriously with takes like this....

Hard to imagine how that could have been more of a nightmare. Gave the Habs some belief. Gave Price some confidence. Our powerplay still sucks. And worst of all, we lost our Captain to a devastating injury.

It's a long series. But we need it to be a long series at this point, because there is no way we could have started it any worse.

  • Lose board battles
  • Lose 50-50 puck battles
  • Get out hustled
  • Choke when center ice gets clogged
  • Cannot play against tight checking
Seen this picture before.

Leafs lose series against the habs FIRE DUBAS

Oh cool, so you didn't actually watch the game at all. Thanks for making it easy to ignore your posts in this thread from here on
