We can't keep playing Thornton so much (if at all). Would like to see Engvall in for Tavares and Gally replace Thornton.

People would just have a different name to blame if we did that. As it is, they will blame Thornton or Simmonds or anything else for the loss. Campbell is the savior to Andersen but for how long.
Truth is Matthews and Marner need to start going Crosby/Malkin, Toews/Kane or even Point/Kucherov for this team.

Its predictable, they fumble and cant capitalize. Get paid millions to shoot wide and even hit the post periodically.
The 3 games delay penalties were a direct result of our players taking their eyes of the puck to avoid those hits. Our team is full of selfish millionaires that dont give a shit.
Marner for example fails every year.

You can’t really play him less without removing him from the lineup. He barely played 10 minutes in a game where we had 11 forwards and a load of PP time.
