All I saw was the Bruins missing the net (or hitting the post) on every good shot. In the shootout, he gets beat clean every shot when he has to make a save.

I think he made routine saves. The Bruins had multiple open nets that our D got to. I can't remember any great saves he made.

Can you give me examples of the great saves he made? Like the saves Swayman was making on Tavares/Marner/Matthews.

In the last 3 years he averages 4 fights a year... he is already half way there and we are 1/8th through the season.

And we're not an absolute mess in the regular season. you're being emotional after a shootout loss in a game we were down 2-0 with a man short

I didn't like the commitment to mediocrity when it was Dubas, but I understood it. These core players were his guys and Keefe was his coach. With Treliving, it's just baffling. Stepping in as the new guy in town in a market desperate for a fresh start and he has just taken the same general concept we've seen fail over and over again but just made it worse

I think he feels he needs time to figure out how the f*** to sort this out. This is mostly Kyle's team. The core can't break through. The goalies are mediocre. The defense is suspect. Prospects, whatever they may be, are not ready to contribute.

He walked into a position where the goalies needed sorting. The Franchise player needed a contract. The coach (who the previous guy told us would be a legend) isn't up to scratch. We have 3, soon to be 4, double digit forwards. We treat goalies as an afterthought, and the defense isn't far behind. The previous guy left him with 1/3 of a roster as rentals.

He comes in and thinks well, let's just roll this over another year so i can sort through this. Signed a bunch of one year guys. Obviously knew we were soft as shit and is probably seeing that first hand now.

Personally, I think there will be a big reset within 18 months.

I don't get how other organizations promote random guys like Poitras and Lohrei and they just play the game like it's normal hockey while guys need to be potty trained on the ice and they worry about gitters and all sorts of nonsense. It's like they get coaching or something and all the development we doin Toronto is pure nonsense.
