Too much went bad to just pin it on one person

Team was asleep for the first half of the first
Woll couldn’t have been worse this game, with 20/20 hindsight I might’ve pulled him after 2 goals, but definitely after 3. Team was a mess and he was kicking out pucks like candy.
I didn’t like marners game, assist included, felt a bit too perimeter and point play at times
Rielly was atrocious

We played a perfect game, as did the islanders so salute to both teams for playing the ideal hockey game 100% of the time

Yeah, I realize the guys are tired after the back to back but you have to find a way to win those games because we have a lot more coming up.

We also have to start winning games without relying on lights out goaltending.
Tbf, on a back half of a b2b you need the goalie to be one of the better players, sometimes the best tbh

Woll wasn’t any good, but the team did 0 favours for him

Since we signed Tavares 6 summers ago, we struggle against the shitlanders.

From 2018 to 2024 : the leafs have a mediocre record of 6-6-3 against the nyi. Tonight’s loss is actually our 5th straight loss to them.

The Isles will play in Toronto again next week, a 1pm start.

guaranteed loss. Them and the sens play really hard against us while we don’t take games against them that seriously.

Scheduled loss, but this inability of any dman able to get puck through is concerning. Always blocked. You need a point threat.
Yeah, the shoot around the boards only to lose the puck battle and the ensuing breakout is getting tired.
