I actually thought they'd be a contender going into the season. Definately a disappointment. But can beat the Leafs !The system they doesn’t fit. Hire a new coach and they’ll be fine
What This Means for You:
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Dream on. No way they bring him back without playoff success. They are a complete joke if they do.I really don't think the Leafs will let him leave. I think they will give him the contract that he wants, and he will stay.
They'll do it in the playoffs against a stout opponent in the first round after losing out on the division all while not being able to find that one more goal they need.In my opinion, these guys are completely incapable of playing 60 minutes of desperation hockey.
I expected Toronto's offense to overwhelm Nashville's AHL-level defense. That is what should have happened, but they took the night off. I get it. because it happens to every team, but this was a waste. I don't think it will make any difference in terms of standings because Florida and Tampa are likely going to keep losing, but there was no reason to lose this game. On to the next, which is against another dreadful team.In Evil’s defence, he expected an easier game…
I didnt. Too many changes.I actually thought they'd be a contender going into the season. Definately a disappointment. But can beat the Leafs !
I'm not sure how close you've been watching, but they are in fact a complete joke... so...Dream on. No way they bring him back without playoff success. They are a complete joke if they do.
Ok fine, I capitulate. That 2nd line would get absolutely crushed. Zero defensive awareness between the 3 of them.
He can never stay healthy now and I can’t see how he does when the physicality and pace goes up in the playoffs. You don’t need him for a long time just a short time.
I think this management group is so risk adverse that they would resign Marner, and pay him whatever he wants, no matter the playoff outcome.Dream on. No way they bring him back without playoff success. They are a complete joke if they do.
They had 3 different coach’s with the same resultsThe system they doesn’t fit. Hire a new coach and they’ll be fine
think the poster is talking about the PredsThey had 3 different coach’s with the same results
If Dubas got a better job, Shanny can. Hopefully he goes to a team in our division and fails like his old side kick has in Pitt.He is going to be awarded a gold star, get a raise at the next place he goes to as well. Just watch.
Not with this group. They had 3 different coach’s with the same results
100%Team needs a complete management and supporting staff firing, clean house after this season ends.
Everyone gone
With the same crap core. Nothing will change thatNot with this group.
100%
This was the game we should have been pissed and destroyed his team to make him regret that moveThis game right here is exactly why ROR bolted as fast as he could and blocked Treliving's phone number at the trade deadline.
Not a great game, or effort…but…
Gotta love this toxic fanbase.
My least fav thing about being a Leaf fan, is the 90% of Leafs fans.
Continue on, whipping your whipping boys.
