Marner made a shit play, circled the net and still backchecked harder than Matthews.
That Matthews back check was disgusting. Up there with Nylander giving up on a play in the playoffs for me

Samsonov was awful 2 easily savable goals in regulation. He can’t make a save in OT

Marner and Matthews complete braindead in OT. Why would Marner chase when Matthews went for the shot, and why was Matthews so lazy. These two always suck in OT, it falls on keefe for putting them together

Maybe the Keefe should consider breaking up the Rielly, Marner, Matthews overtime combo when in the past those three together lost us a fair number of OT games.

Thought we played well all told. We struggle against those heavy forechecking teams but I thought the guys stuck to it.

Lagesson and Benoit have really helped the back end. Don't mind them and Giordano fighting it out for the 3rd pair in the playoffs. Get McCabe with Brodie and Tanev with Rielly.

Then we need a 3rd line winger to go next to Domi and Jarnkrok and then a 4th line winger for Kampf and Gregor and we should be good.

We got into a hole early but did enough to come back and get a point against a hot team in there barn

I'm going to remain positive and say that's not a bad effort given the circumstances and it's nice we are finding ways to accumulate points this season
