I think the leafs heading back east with some practice time and ability to bring guys up/send guys down they can toss that 7d formation in the trash will do some good.
It was called “All For Nothing”I couldn't stomach For All or Nothing or whatever the hell it was called but from all reports it sounds like Keefenis a hot-head who likes to yell. But we've also seen him operate like he doesn't want to piss AM or MM off.
Every team gets injuries bud.Let's look at the positives:
- No injuries
- Vancouver finally won a Stanley cup
Keefe needs to be better. Dubas is going to drown with Keefe clutching his ankle.
Edit: I missed the ROR injury, this team is cursed.
I agree with you but I thought McCabe had to jump in there after that hit by Myers.McCabe needs to cool his jets a little. I don't want him to be the new David Clarkson.
Don't get into a million fights and don't try too hard. Keefe needs to reign him in like yesterday.
I am happy that TOR acquired him, but we need him healthy and head strong for the post season.
Big four Lol!Just gonna put this out there.
Playing Schenn last night put a target on our best players. Tavares got nailed twice, and they were taking far more liberties with the big 4 than I have seen all season.
You mean the Tampa players that got benched for not competing?
With "The Accountant" on D.Leafs should have just traded for John Wick- they are ultimately missing focus, commitment and sheer will.
How many times is leafs board gonna listen to Keefe explaining why they can't beat shit teamsThis is a stupid ass team
Man I didn't realize that Kerfoot had 0 goals in his last 19 games and only 1 in his last 27 games.
That's like Lucic level there.
I don't think people are necessarily ok with it, they are just reserving judgement until the playoffs, myself included. We have seen them both have tremendous regular seasons in the past but we still haven't won a playoff round.Looking at some of the posts in here and different threads. Its almost like people are fine with both Matthews and Rielly having a down year... "its just one year happens to everyone";
people already looking forward to next season or what? when 2 of your core pieces are not having their own avereage year (forget about great years) and the team has gone all in its I don't know what to call it.....
and with ROR also injured well....
i dont even know what to say...

If they both find another gear against Tampa Bay and finally help us advance, this will all be forgiven.
Trouble in the room...no doubt about it. This feels alot like the Ottawa Karlson wife issue
It's pretty evident that Dubas is not the problem, unlike some posters make it out to be.
The preparation for games like this has been absolute dogshit under Keefe, and the change needs to be done in the coaching department this summer. I have no faith whatsoever that Keefe will be the one to take this team to the promised land.
Murray was good, can't blame him for the collapse of our abysmal PP unit.
once again facing a team that collapsed back we had no answer, got impatient and gave up rush chances.
Obviously, getting a 3rd period pp which if we were the Bruins would be an automatic goal but turned into two shorties —- Saturday night mood killer.
76% of people say we should extend Dubas... Just dropping that juicy nugget.
Just gonna put this out there.

Ljilgren needs to be in the lineup to me he was one of our better dman
If O'Rielly is injured bring up McMann
Hopefully is isn't to bad.Man. If ROR misses many games and the playoffs, it’s basically the Hockey Gods saying “nope” to Kyle Dubas hockey… the Bad Karma/60 is through the roof despite all efforts.
I'm sorry, but Murray looked like shit on both short handed goals. That killed all hope for at least a loser point.I thought they looked good in the first, but were terrible in the second. The 7 D plan doesn’t seem to work.

The good news would be that Murray looked fine.
