I wish that they would move domi up or recall minten.

The third line with domi works offensively but not defensively.
So unless they’re cooking early, move Domi up to line 2.

Don't take Red Wings lightly, they always seem to force a back and forth, high scoring game and the Leafs need to play a heavy, North/South game (where have we heard that before?) with a shutdown mentality.

If Tanev is in the lineup this team is dramatically different in the backend. The "game time decision" worries me.

Possibly because surgery might have sidelined him for many months and they wanted to try rest/alternative methods in hopes they could avoid any invasive surgery.

That's my guess at least.
