The core is no better than when they were rookies. It's a coaching problem, there has been no development.

Rookies often plateau and don't get better. It happens all the time. That's why you don't sign outrageous contracts before they've proven what their ceiling is, assuming they'll get better.

If you aren't happy with their current performance, sign them to a contract that's worth what they are, not what you hope they will be.

We need a new management, and two of wright, bedard or michkov, then we also need a true #1D man from 2024
