How many times can we blame a coaching problem. This core has been a disaster under multiple coaches.

The problem is the roster and our organization's inability to actually draft and develop talent from within to help complement it.

Diving into the UFA pool repeatedly and being forced to make trades at a disadvantage is not a way to build a successful team.

Exactly it's agitating when the players can't follow through and execute. It's ok we will fire half a dozen more coaches cause we have so much faith in our line up still eh.
