It's safe to say not a single so called insider in Toronto, from the TV guys, to talk radio, to print is currently tapped into the current front office/MLSE setup.

Limited HC experience. Good analytical numbers with the Kings, but played a boring system that was heavily criticized.

Like with Berube, I'll wait and see how he adapts and how he does here. I am sure there's plenty of reasons they liked him over the other consensus.
