O'Reilly health concerns me, but a healthy version of that player ticks a lot of boxes, and you've got to show your core guys that you're giving them the best chance possible to win.

99% agree, Holl made a few bad plays. Overall the D was great and I believe we were the far better team. Some extra scoring would've helped for sure, but I definitely want to upgrade on the blue line.

What's funny? Picks are valuable but not useful for the Leafs. Abramov is a pretty average prospect not really excelling.

Leafs didn't have to give up much more valuable prospects/assets in Niemela, Knies, Holmberg, Woll, etc.

I will say the ROR and Acciari are actual playoff type players. That's a great step in the right direction. Another playoff dman, with preferably shite fancy stats might actually get us to the 2nd round (at least).

It's a lot to give up but if he can help us in the playoffs it'll be worth it. We need someone like him, hopefully he's not past his prime completely yet. Being able to keep Knies is key here.

If we can get a LD with some size but is also decent like McCabe or Gabrikov, then the team will be definitely be contenders. Its still a little soft imo. Kerfoot could get dealt with Accari here now.

Holy f***. That's a massive price and way more than I was hoping we'd trade for ROR. Nice getting Accari though too. ROR was elite as recently as last year. Let's hope he's back with some renewed confidence and motivation, or else f***. Reallllllly gives us some depth, which is awesome.

Abramov is likely nothing at this point. After a promising D1 and D2 he's been sliding down our prospect rankings and doesn't look like there's a future in NA.

The challenge is the D ask is very expensive. The other challenge is that they have to be an upgrade over what we have already. Honestly, there isn’t much other there that achieves that. Chychrun? Ekholm? McCabe is a physical improvement, but not really much better than Holl, though I know the Holl haters will yell at me. Maybe I’m wrong, who knows.
