This would be a nice win; chance to sweep the season series and solidify 3rd place in the division.

Robertson is the first man up for post season. This summer needs to work on decision making rather than offensive skills. If he wasn't making boneheaded plays he easily slots in 3rd line if not higher.

Obviously was not a fan of Cooke the NHL player, but you hate to see what happened to everyone involved with the Growlers, if the Leafs have picked up his paycheck for at least the rest of the hockey year then good on them.

That does make me wonder what the Leafs will do next season for an ECHL affiliate. Do they partner with another team or go it alone, maybe in a better less remote location.

Still some chatter that they could restart next year if they an find a buyer, but yes, the location is undeniably an economic challenge for a team based out of there and it just might not be viable.

i think hes definetly a lot less reckless then he was in past years. His previous seasons being cut short from injuries by just being overly aggressive.

i hope we don't trade him cuz hes only getting better

They'll probably just pick a new team to partner with. The Bolts took over as the NHL affiliate of the Solar Bears, but plenty of other options to choose from

If they want Robertson in the lineup over Holmberg then put Robertson with Tavares and Marner and then put Nylander at C between Knies and McMann. If they only want Robertson in the bottom 6 then I don't see him playing, especially when Jarnkrok comes back. I see a healthy lineup possibly looking like this:

Domi-Matthews-Bertuzzi
McMann-Tavares-Marner
Knies-Nylander-Jarnkrok
Dewar-Kampf-Reaves

Maybe they even put Dewar at C between Nylander and Jarnkrok and Knies on the 4th line.
