I will watch this game on the internet till Calgary goes up by a goal or two after our Leafs took an early lead. I'm not wasting my time watching these bums continually squander leads.

I just want a coach that wont baby these players. Need a coach who can raise shit with these over priced idiots and give guys like Simmons an earful with the media as well.

That is not possible to have a clause take effect on a contract that doesn't begin until July 1st. 2024

Previous and existing contracts can't be altered either.

Willy might have a verbal NTC given him by Leafs GM that he will not trade him but that would only be as good as his word.
 
Keefe deserves to get fired for many different reasons, but his contempt for lower in the lineup players is at the top of the list for me. This isn't a hockey team, it's a showcase for 4 players while everyone else is expected to meekly exist in the background

When you have the right coaching and the right mix of guys buying into a role, total commitment and feel value, you get something like the Zezel, Berg, Osborne checking line on the Burns teams. On Keefe's team, they'd get 9 minutes a game, promoted randomly to Gilmour's line and then back to spare utilization.
 
I just watched Marners post game interview ………..my God……they have to stop sending him out there for those interviews.

Keefe said himself Knies might have hit a wall, he's never played so much. God forbid he extrapolate his own logic and let him sit for a game and throw Robertson in. I mean it's just madness.
