Got f***ed by the refs and situation room, but that’s not the main reason we’re out. 1-5 at home all playoffs is inexcusable. 0/2 on the PP tonight, couldn’t score more than 2 goals all series, Matthews held to 0 goals. What a waste of a dramatic series win over Tampa.

Yep. The refs were bad. Even at the end there Gudas trips Jarnkrok to open the shooting lane.

At the end of the day though Matthews and Tavares had zero goals in 5 games. They had more than enough chances to end it. Refs suck, goalies are good, star players find ways to score.

I'm game to keep pretty much the entire bottom six. The rest of the forwards, save Willy, just didn't have it. Need to completely overhaul the core forwards.

As for the D, not a one of them besides Rielly could do anything in the offensive zone. They defended will enough, but our transitions were garbage.
