I posted Cole Cauliflower was being hyped as over rated and the main board and Montreal mods had a mental breakdown. The kid is ok but not the next McDavid.

I didn’t like the collapsing box third period 20 min PK but I’ll take the win. Nice to actually have confidence in a goalie.

Tbh we acted like he was a scrub before the game. They had/have reason to be excited about him. Cant underestimate your opponent. Kid is a good hockey player and has some nice street cred with the hobey baker. Credit where it’s due. Looked dangerous quite often.

The latter half of the first and the entire 2nd we dominated and Price was the only reason it wasn't 5-1.

Jack knew he had to redeem himself after that tieing goal. Hats off to him for shaking it off and basically winning the game for us in the 3rd.

He always seems to finish well, so clutch when you really need him; he's a battler.

I wouldn't even say 'stole'. Despite the third period we finished the game tied in shots and Price had a couple of ten bellers himself. That's not to take anything away from Campbell, he was excellent but the team also played a solid game and battled hard

17% Corsi in the third period is inexcusable. Campbell at the very least prevented us from going to OT.

Need to play like we did in the first two periods tomorrow, that third period was atrocious to witness.

it's not Marner's style of game. I think internally people are probably chatting with Marner to get him more engaged.

I don't care about points with Marner in the playoffs but need him more engaged all over the ice creating turnovers, forcing teams to play him to allow more room for Matthews

Sounds obvious but we need to shoot more. How many odd man rushes have we wasted by not shooting? Kerfoot passing to Galchenyuk there was such a low percentage play.

Just look at Reilly’s goal. Price was cheating so hard thinking that Rielly was going to pass but he made Price look silly by taking the shot!

If we finish on those chances this game has a similar score to game 2. Regardless I am proud of the boys
