ha get as much of it as you can done with during school don't end up like me....I hated accounted because of rules and finance gave me freedom to do whatever I wanted with numbers..then I realized that getting a finance job might even be harder than getting an accounting job lol so here I am partially done the CFA and trying to finish the CPA

Would love to do that but would have to leave the Brampton base for Ottawa *yuck*

CRA offices are all over the map...one being in Mississauga.

Anyone a fan of HIMYM? I watched it during my first couple of years in university but then just gave up on it...is it worth sticking through to the end?

Ya the ending was awful. Plus, it bothered me that Bob Saget narrated right until the end as 'adult' Ted's voice and then they cut back to 'normal ted' Ted to finish the show. Why is Bob Saget speaking as the future voice of a character that was already an adult? Why bother paying Bob Saget at all?

Didn't like the last season very much. The ending I thought was awful.

Looks like I will be refraining from revisiting that then.

tbh I'm more excited for the summer movie season.

I'll be watching Jungle Book next weekend and can't wait for Civil War (though as deadpool jokingly said they couldnt afford more heros lol) and Sausage Party looks absolutely hilarious.

Civil War and Suicide Squad will be the movies of the year.

Probably to help differentiate between past and present Ted?

I'm not super into Game of Thrones, so this doesn't necessarily apply to me, but since it appears that we like to discuss television shows in here, just a reminder on spoilers for the show. You're free to talk in here about it, and the entertainment board, but for this thread use spoiler tags, please.

Strong first episode for GoT tonight.

There has to be so much that changes from the book I'm just going to enjoy the show for what it is, the same story that's taking a different road to the end.

See, what's a spoiler though.

Anything in episode one should be fair game right? Since it's already been aired.

Not other people's problems if someone wants to watch it the next day.

What's the ground rule?

I think we can discuss it in general terms without spoiling major parts of the plot.

For example, really didn't like the Dorne angle but that's my only complaint for e1

This is not a Game of Thrones specific thread, so posters who see "off topic thread" and come in here to post about about various things that are off topic, should not be held to the expectation of spoilers. If this was a specific thread like it is on the entertainment board, I would completely understand where you are coming from. But it's not. Just be mindful of others is all.

As for spoilers - obviously it varies. My suggestion would be to ask yourself, is this something that would frustrate me if I found out ahead of time? Would this frustrate my viewing experience? If you are unsure, that probably signals something. The norm is usually character deaths, book discussion that not yet part of the show, major plot advances, character developments, cliffhangers, etc. What the poster above referred to in avoiding major things is also true.

Follow the suggestions here for now. We might reach a point where things are cool, and the majority of people want to discuss it here, or the nature of discussion takes over this thread, but for now let's just wait things out.
