Ruined a decent game. Hey refs, with McDavid, Draisaitl, Matthews, Marner, Tavares on the ice, YOU don't need to be the star of the show. Sheer incompetence.


Simmonds was great, PP was great. PK too, given the idiocy we witnessed. McDavid didn't get too many chances to rush which is a credit to Holl and Muzzin.

Kerfoot has to see the pressbox for awhile 3 penalties and missing an empty net. I do agree 2 were phantom, but still.

Kerfoot was a bonehead.
Matthews/Marner with strong games.
Simmonds will score again.
Spezza played pretty decent.
Hyman is a beast again.
People were dead wrong about Bogosian.

No flow to the last 40 minutes. 9 minor penalties in 40 minutes. Some dumb plays, some trash calls.

A wins a win but was kind of a tough watch.

Anderson played well. Not much he could have done on any of the goals. Made some big saves.
