The SN Now app is absolute crap. If you're on PlayStation Network, Xbox Live or Chromecast it's been nothing but problems since they did an app update.

I watch on the PS4 SN Now app and it kicks me out once or twice a game at least, but at least the buffering and picture quality issues aren't so bad anymore, touch wood

Im on a Sony tv android system. Before the update it would log me off randomly in between using the app. After the update Im having buffering problems now
