Keeping Marner after last season was a dumb move. He’s clearly done here. We have a shot at getting an elite player back in Eichel by trading Marner but we’re not doing it.

I like Dubas but I am glad he will be gone after this season. We need someone to make tough decisions and clearly he’s too emotionally attached to the roster he’s created that he can’t see it for what it is. A highly underperforming team.

Trade Marner for Eichel. Please.

I just don't understand the effort with this group, so much talent, but something is missing.
They seem to play in spurts, like they get behind and then they try and push back, but its almost too late.
I know its still early, but wow.
I know Pittsburgh did get a few breaks on at least 3 of their goals.

Seriously though why do people keep hanging the team performing badly on the management when its up to the players to get the job done on the ice? Dubas has done almost everything possible to address every weakness in the lineup and at what point do you say its the players not performing rather than it being all Dubas' fault?

You can keep changing out players continuously, but at some point players have to show up on the ice and play hard and play well. Dubas can only do so much.

Like I said when I first read about the cottage thing. Every time players say, we got a players only weekend….the image of party scene in Wolf of Wall Street will be in my head.

PP is attrocious once again, not a threat at all. We need a bomb from the point to create a different point of attack, its so easy to cover our wings and leave the D open to either miss the net or shoot the puck into someones shinpads.

Haven't watched a game this season so can't comment on this game specifically beside the box score... But I'm fully on board with the majority of people here saying Marner and Dubas need to go. And that's just a start.

The dark days of the 2000s were easier to stomach than wasting a talent like Matthews.
