We gave up 6 picks for those guys, Tampa gave up 5 picks for JeannotSo leafs added ROR, Lafferty, Acciari, and McCabe. And Tampa added a 5 point guy?
Depends how they loseIf we win the first round vs Tampa but lose to Bruins.
Is Kyle Dubas keeping his job or not?
Still struggling I see.Yes I know what your saying, DRAMA. i didn’t ask you whats more important draft picks or FA, I asked what the conditions are in the picks. If you know then post it, if not, then don’t. Simple BUD!
Nope because if that happens it means his all in bid has failed and out he goesIf we win the first round vs Tampa but lose to Bruins.
Is Kyle Dubas keeping his job or not?
It's pathetic. The same folks who criticize the Leafs and their defense for being soft or not deep enough are now changing goal posts saying how Dubas is mortgaging the future and that these players are overrated and replacement level.so on the main boards other fans can shit on the Leafs and there fans as much as they want but your not allowed to mention anyone elses fanbase? I must have missed that in the tos
Kerfoot isn't sittingPersonally, I’d like to see:
Bunting - Matthews - Marner/Nylander
Jarnkrok - Tavares - Nylander/Marner
Knies - ROR - Lafferty
Engvall - Kampf/ Acciari - Acciari/Kampf
Reilly - Lilly
McCabe - Brodie
Gio - Holl
Sandin, Timmons
Better than I expected. Moves well with the puck. Could easily see him playing on the third line
with way better hands and scoring abilityReally adds speed to a lineup that lacks it from the depth players. He basically will replace a lot of what we lost in Mikheyev.
Yes.This helps...but is it enough???
Why waive and lose a solid player when you could just trade that player instead? And for Murray to come off LTIR, the player would have to be waived the previous day.
Kerfoot isn't sitting
It will be up to the Canucks if he plays or not. lolKerfoot isn't sitting
Ah, I see. Well, those posters would be incorrect in that assumption.Sure, if you could get something back for them. But the people I’m quoting are acting like both he and kerfoot are negative assets
It will be interesting to see how he fits. I would agree young Muzz was better offensively but since coming to the Leafs that has not been as apparent. I kind of think the results could be quite similar. Remember except for Muzzin's last season he spent his whole career with pretty strong LA clubs and then to TO. Two of the three years Muzzin's Kings missed the playoffs they had still 39 and 40 wins. I don't think McCabe has ever played on a team that won more than 35 games. I have high hopes he may have another gear playing on a club that isn't getting caved as often but I guess we'll know soon enough.Muzz but a little bit of a sloppyier d-man. Still good but Muz is a solid 3, McCabe is just a notch below Muzz.

Is not a big point producer along the blueline but does an adequate job of getting the puck out of danger, which can lead to scoring chances. His defense-first style of play makes him a good fit alongside an offensive partner. He can play heavy minutes at even strength, kill penalties and even take an occasional turn on the power play.

The Jeannot trade was bizarre, does the Tampa management staff really believe his addition will exponentially change the effectiveness of their middle 6 and in turn the fourth line which was/is the best in hockey? We gave up 6 picks for those guys, Tampa gave up 5 picks for Jeannot
