He is solid on the PK, and that has value.Kind of. Our prospect pool isn’t really lacklustre by comparison to the types of players we actually need. It’s just not loaded with top end guys like the pool of a much worse team would be right now.
I think Holl on third pair would be totally fine to keep in. He just needs to be coached to play within his actual game. We don’t need him trying to play offense all the time.
There is no way they waive Holl to get cap compliant. Giving away a solid 3rd pair Dman before the playoffs?In that case, they could waive Holl and get the requisite cap space that way. 1.1m or so. It doesn’t have to be a trade.
