You guys needed help from others learning to skate? I just went out there, started off slow as to not trip or whatever and not long later that day was skating pretty fast, It's super easy to learn.

My parents puy me in skating school when I was a kid and just got better by playing hockey

This is true. I tie mine really tight and put my shin guard over the tongue of the skate.

Used to tie my skates like that all the time too, tight at the top and tape over it as well.

I'd say it depends on the skates though, I replaced my old pair and my new pair is pretty stiff and fits well so I don't have to tie it super tight on the last hole or tape over it anymore.

Feels much better on the feet, kind of seems like you get more control as well too.

This is why I don't go upstairs. I went to get a salad and I hear the TV going. Only my dad watches TV and he wakes up at 5 so I was thinking "wtf is going on?". So I go and check it out and see my mom watching game of thrones. I sit down and start eating this salad and BAM hot lesbian scene starts going for about 2 minutes. We were just sitting there in silence watching these two girls eat it while I was eating a salad.
