That's the point lol its supposed to be frustrating. I actually beat it like 3 times with different builds. There were times I wanted to rage quit but I just took a break and went back at it again.

Oh? Do elaborate.

I dunno, it just seems we all have vast different personality's, that however mesh well together most of the time.

We have our own forum (like their study room). And we have our own Pierce. (Charlio)

There is Kyle and Brody who hate each other, but we all know they will end up hooking up at some point (like Jeff and Britta).

Best place for a drink before an ACC game?

I come in peace. Two of us headed to the Habs vs Leafs on Saturday, is there a pub or someplace convenient to the ACC where we could have a beer before the game? Thanks. :)

Go to Real Sports.

If you just want a beer and don't care about eating, you can go stand at the bar (unless you are able to find a couple stools)

Go to loose moose unless you are part of that snooby banker, suits bay street cult.
If that is you then sell your tickets to a true fan and go to the LCBO.

Anyone who says go to real sports bar doesn't know the downtown area.

Go to Real Sports early and treat yourselves to their Triple Threat sandwich. One of the best meals I have ever had.

Who the hell is GifKing? Get outta here.

Also, considering he is going to the game, Real Sports is the best place to go.

Is it not ridiculous to think that if you wear a suit and like Real Sports that you are less of a fan and Torontonian?

no not at all. but they are in their own category. did you not see the game last night. Suits behind the toronto bench on a blackberry during the shootouts. Huge fan right there.

My friends work downtown as do i, and go to leafs games after work. We all work cozy indoor jobs. doesnt take much to change or throw a leaf jersey over a dress shirt. ;)

get outta here? right...

Real Sports bar is the best place to go if you ARENT going to the game. The TVs in there are spectacular. The food is nothing above borderline bar food. I prefer places with history and character.. thus the loose moose. Better bang for your buck as well.

Maybe he was brokering a multi million dollar deal at that exact moment. A shootout against one of the worst teams in the league that pushed us to the shootout in the first place, all in the middle of the regular season doesn't seem like something to lose money over. Who knows what his circumstances were? I don't, neither do you most likely so I find it hard to judge anyone without knowing what's going on.

Don't come in swinging.

He wants to grab a beer before the game. If he is just looking for a beer, then Real Sports is the way to go.

Real Sports has fantastic food anyway, not sure why you think it is borderline bar food

Thanks for the replies. It's just for a beer maybe a quick bite. It'll be one of Loose Moose or Real Sports, will let my friend who has the tickets pick the spot. It looks like RS is maybe 2 min and LM about 5 min from the ACC? Not so familiar with that area. Cheers!

LM would be easier to get a spot pre game but it will take you longer to get there

RS on gameday is a ****show so you either have to go early or run the risk of not getting a seat

Also: there is a small microbrewery in the grocery store that's beside RS downstairs .. in the NW corner, it's a cheap beer and you can get pizza and a few other things pregame and it's close .. Not a sporty atmosphere but it gets the job done
