Why have poutine when nachos exist?

Poutine is wonderful except you almost literally have to go to Quebec to get it, or try your chance at one of the NY/VT border towns, or another place in the US who knows what they're doing and can procure cheese curds. But BBQ nachos made with quality ingredients are delicious as well.

As somebody who went to college in one of those NY border towns- yeah. Poutine is a fine thing. The Buffalo wings were excellent too. On what I'm sure is an unrelated note, for some odd reason I've never lost the weight I gained in college.
