Great example for a player who went from overrated to underrated. It could be good though, he can make a nice solid quiet rise.

Now 5 assists in 8 games. Kid just keeps producing. His team isn't even close to the top teams.

I think he'll go before Honka, seeing how disappointing Honka has been lately.
Kokkonen was the better player tonight, definitely.
It's just too bad he couldn't finish that shootout goal.

He was called as the best player in the game tonight on that tweet. He has developed so much. I think he will be a first round pick, maybe top 20. Tied for the Jukurit scoring lead (less goals though), very impressive.

It’s not a speedskating contest, and Kokkonen’s skating seems to be clearly stronger than it was last year. And he seems to be a lot more balanced as a player than Honka is. A lot better also defensively. I really like how Kokkonen has been playing this season. He has been clearly better than Honka.
Honka has pretty much sucked defensively, so right now I can see easily Kokkonen ahead of Honka. But things can still change during a long season

Is Anttoni Honka a carbon copy of his older brother, i.e a great skater but often holds on to the puck for too long and makes bad plays? I don't follow Liiga that much.

I would think he goes 3rd or 4th round, definitely not first round material in my mind. He's not a big a guy, and his skating is average. Judging by his stats, his shot isn't anything special either. Looked he's got a decent hockey IQ and vision, but he's still adjusting to tempo of mens game. This being said, I've only watched one game of him so I could be totally wrong.

I haven't watched a single game this year from him but can confirm the latest he'll go is 2nd round. 3rd is possible as well but I just don't see it.
I'd think he rises a bit come the WJC.

Right now he's playing in a way too big of a role in JYP which is showing his weaknesses. I still firmly believe his skating and offensive skill will cover up his defensive flaws in the future. Also seems to have a better hockey IQ than Julius.

He intrigues me. He is a bit of enigma as he is an early developer, but ~0.5 ppg and a neutral +- as a 17-year old in Liiga on a rather bad team are good signs. I have not seen him play much, but when I have he has looked like a solid two-way D with only a little flash to his game. If he is able to develop his skating a few notches he seems like a low risk pick.

...Definitely? Dear me. Honka has far more potential.
He's looking good, though. Assuming he's able to work on his skating somewhat(Which he said that he's planning on doing), I think that he should be able to play as a fairly stable D-man. As for the higher end skill, I just don't see the potential, especially considering the skating.

I'd put them in the same range. Honka has more offensive talent, Kokkonen is a more steady presence.
