I disagree. He's terribly inconsistent but shows flashes of decent skill with pretty good two-way play. I think his wrister is pretty good as well, he's got decently underrated sniping ability that he puts on display during the shootout.

Murphy's VERY good, arguably elite, at getting it TO the blueline, but even he can't help this team-wide inability to actually gain possession PAST the bluelline.
