I'm wondering why anyone would take a run at Wilson. The hit on Schenn is none of our concern and I don't remember him hurting any of our guys. Am I forgetting something?

Oh yeah, that's right. In that case, he probably will have more than the usual share of checks finished against him, but I don't think he'll see much retribution beyond that unless Bellemore takes a run at him. This team tends not to feud very much.

Yeah wild card imo is asking too much.. if that is to happen, I would think its more likely the canes (and the whole Metro get really hot then it is the Atlantic slowing down.

yeah, better concentrate on winning the game rather than on some sort of useless retribution. Bellemore has said as much himself and it's a huge game for the Canes. besides, be thankful that Wilson is even playing and hope Oates gives him a bunch of minutes.
appears Muller is intending on buckling down tight and playing a tight defensive game...again. Murphy out, Semin, elite playmaker, lining up with elite snipers Gerbe and J.Staal....again. those lines......
I don't think Muller has a lot of faith in Peters even though the guy has been hot. quite surprised he's not going with the hot hand especially considering Peters record vs Washington. this isn't the game to get Ward some playing time so Muller must figure that he gives them the best chance to win.

yeah I get that Skinner is on fire. maybe pair your best scorer with your best playmaker though.......of course that would mean moving the Staals down which would be blasphemous. really highlights the need for a top flight 2C IMO. who does Semin *fit* with on this team, playing *this* system? he needs a center.
yes they will be on the PP but I hope that Muller uses Skinner as the triggerman and lets Semin set him up. part of the problem has been using Semin as the main shooter when he is really a playmaker who just happens to have a great shot.

I don't think Cam playing has anything to do with faith in Peters.
After a week off, there is no hot hand right now. Cam is the "#1" and is being given his shot to show he deserves that title.
If Cam gets blasted and we win with Peters tomorrow - It will probably be Peters again on Monday.
If Cam happens to play well, he will probably get both games of the BTB because he has been off for so long.
I don't expect a good game tonight -- 4-1 loss with Gleason being a -3, the other goal will be a PPG. Maybe he gets hit tonight so we can go back and list him as "injured" .

I'm going to be out doing my Christmas shopping (Hey, don't yell at me, I've been busy with exams then right into working), so I'll miss this one. I'll probably update the Twitter feed throughout my shopping, however.
Ward's playing against Grubauer. Since it's Ward, I think we can bump our goals against by one since the defense derps hard with him in rather than Peters. Since we're playing against a backup, I think we can drop our goals for by at least one.
