Just saw that he's feeling well enough to play again tonight. That's such superb news. It must not have been hurting him much at all!!



I'm just so happy for the guy. He must be excited.

This is an incredibly optimistic sign for his knee to play B2B when he didn't have to.

In fact I thought it might be good just to sit even if it felt great.

I feel like this is probably more about getting his timing, and puck skills back, than his conditioning, or making sure the knee holds up.

If they weren't sure the knee would hold up, I doubt they'd play him, and I'm not sure how much of the conditioning will stay with him by playing just the two home games, and then taking a week or more off. Unless he goes on the road trip to end the season and plays those too?
