Great job by FloSports too. They took over for AHL.tv and they don't have the $8 day pass anymore, so they could have tried to make a few bucks off people with the monthly pass, but they didn't.

Getting new eyeballs on their product is a better idea.

FloSports has an app for the AHL and other sports, but they also do free weekly AHL streams on Saturdays on YouTube.

So they not only picked a game they could have made extra money on this week, they went off schedule to show it on Friday. Good for them.

This is such an incredible comeback story. If he happens to come back and contribute emphatically/near to the same level he used to in his prime then IMO this could potentially become an all-time great comeback story. Just imagine him winning the Smythe and scoring the GWG in game 7 OT to win the Cup or something along those lines. I'm rooting for the Avs now more than ever before.

You absolutely know a player is special when corporations give away their product for free so people can watch.

I haven't cried today... yet. But I've felt all a whole tussle of emotions as I've read posts here and online. Watched some YT video called The Return of Landeskog, really well done and not all hokey or cheap pulling on heartstrings... but yeah, it choked me up a bit too.

I have a feeling when the stream begins and Gabe steps on the ice.... I think that's the minute my body is going to unleash a concotion of mixed and jumbled emotions that it will probably all break down at that point.

God damn I've missed Gabe.
