Hope Versteeg is okay. Fox mentioned the inside of the foot, but it looked like the puck hit the top of his skate, which is a horrible place to be struck -- with all those tiny bones protected by very little tissue. Hopefully the skate provided enough padding. He's been playing very well.

i like the way the kings were able to take away the CUTE centering passes in front of quick.

It's a repeat of last week except we don't have to be home by Thursday, it's Saturday instead. Thursday stays in the central. So we'll actually have a few more days in that time zone.

Crazy how one shift and one turnover can completely change a game. A bunch of tough games in a row, last game before another little road trip after just getting back from a little road trip. Boston desperate after losing the first 2 in California, plus putting up a better fight after losing 9-2. Feels like the Kings had 3 or 4 shots after that Bruins goal.

Good effort by the Bruins. If I'm not mistaken the Kings organist was also in Sochi playing for the Olympic games.
