I'm on board with the 'sign Stastny' campaign, that line can carry us for like 10 years. Who do we ditch?

Little is a good third line center now. Roslovic and Perreault were fantastic until they went on little’s line. Ehlers and Laine were terrible until they left Little’s line. Not sure what it is, but some serious concerns with his game. Nobody seems to be playing well with him this year.

I think Chiarot is quite underrated on these boards. He's pretty good in the defensive zone, very physical and getting better all the time.

He's also getting better with his offensive game, and has a hell of a wicked shot. Hit the crossbar tonight, and a goal last game. I'd like to see him let his shot go from the point a little bit more.

Chariot is easily a 5 -6 D man on a lot of NHL teams.

To his credit, he did possibly save a goal tonight with a great back check and stick lift. But offense on his line has really dried up this year.

I think its 12. But thats doing the math in my head, not on paper.

Little looks like any FA forward you could have picked up in the off season for half the price!

Little was good tonight. Its a fine line between good and awful with him. Needs that extra step like he had tonight.

Perreault Little Ehlers was the Jets best line when Chef was out, so somebody has played well with him, one he apparently killed in another line combo and one he's still playing with in his new combo.

Personally haven't been blown away by Perreault lately and Roslovic hasn't been quite as noticable.

For the most part every line out there other than 27-25-29 is struggling without Buff and Morrissey. Realy need 8 and 39 back pronto.


Incidentally I though Little was one of the best Jets in the 3rd tonight, quite easily.

In fairness, I’ve picked on Little all year! He’s still a very smart player and makes a lot of smart veteran plays, just seems to have lost a step or some jump in his game. Who knows, maybe has a nagging injury.
But whatever, the team is winning and that’s the big story. A couple key defensive players back and nobody stops us!

Gotta defend Little here. Still a strong centre. Brilliant defensively. Maybe his best offensive years are behind him, but he will still be valuable for us awhile yet. Perhaps next year he gets moved to wing. I think he could be very valuable there as well. Free him up a bit from all of those heavy defensive responsibilities.

Littles play this year has been underwhelming yes he has had a few good games but for the most part he hasn't played well with whoever they put on his line, couple of games back I said the Jets would have to make a decision both him and Perreault in a couple of years especially considering the cap, hope his play improves going into the playoffs we will need all the lines playing well.
