Just need to fix the net in the offseason. The trades with retention would give LA about $260,000 of cap space. Turcotte and Lafreniere to the AHL until playoffs start. Then they could get in the lineup with Lewis coming out

They don’t seem to even trust Clarke playing sheltered minutes. Cannot see them trading Roy. I like some of the prospects in the 15 to 30 range in this upcoming draft. If we could get a first rounder would do the trade in a heartbeat, then try and figure out if we could re-sign him in the off-season. Financially, I don’t think it’s possible.

The only scenario in which the Kings should make a big trade is if they got rid of Dubois. The guy will be an anchor on our cap for damn near a decade. If you can chop that salary up with some players on a shorter term then I’d be willing to do a lot of different things.

The point of that was to show that guy had the kings looking at Goalies way before Weekes

Then the local bruin one heard the same thing this evening and hopes it not true lol

This deadline is awesome. Everyone freaking out. Blake looking like he's making the playoffs 3 years in a row. Team is looking great, just need to get some healthy players back.

Trading PL at this point would be a mistake. Byfield is young. Kopi is aging & could fall off the cliff at any point. That depth will come in handy.

Swayman, Zacha, 1st would get my attention. PL would be the best center on Boston & would see a huge jump in production with Top 6 wingers. Then we get to listen to how Boston fixed PL from the East Coast hockey propagandists.

I suspect Vegas, Vancouver & Edmonton have been so active at the deadline, because they know the King's are coming for them.
