I’ve got some great news for you guys.

I laid outside for an hour with some orange juice and feel a good 20% better.

Had I known this I would've given my neighbor a show.

I forget where I read/heard it but it’s apparently not his back although it would not surprised me if it’s related in some way. Perhaps a hamstring caused by an imbalance ???
Back injurys can cause all kinds of related injurys. At least it has forme

It looked so harmless. One second he skating along the boards, the next second he looks like he's in pain as he enters the zone. Looks like the oblique or hip area .

If Kings let Roy walk - do they just insert Spence or Clarke or do they go another right handed D.

I was listening to Frank Servalli and he mentioned Tony DeAngelo could be had for nothing. Yawney could work with him on his defensive issues but he has offensive skill and some edge.

Really would like the Kings to bring in some guys with attitude. You can tell against the Ducks and Preds those teams have some skill and attitude.

I want him nowhere near the Kings for various reasons.

Mrazek, N. Foligno, T Johnson types would be probably targeted by LA

imagine Kaliyev having a ~70pt season on Bedard's wing
Nick Foligno would be exactly the kind of veteran the Kings should go get. Tough, physical guy who can actually skate a shift. Not afraid to mix it up at all. Not a bad performer in the playoffs either. 14 goals so far and assistant captain.

Might mean that the Kings don't have to dress Englund on a nightly basis. Englund hasn't had a + game in a month and a half.

Hawks won't trade Foligno - he just signed a two year deal.

Bernstein mentioned to me a swap of young struggling players like Reichel of Chicago or Wahlstrom of NYI.

Kings need to make that deal, which they can also make during the summer and also add some grit to the bottom 6.

Blake's to do list:

-Trade Kayilev.
-Possibly add a veteran goalie.
-Add a gritty bottom 6 forward.

I keep mentioning Olivier, Greenway, Duhaine and Carrick.

No multi day breaks.

5-2-0 pretty good so far.

We finish off this run with 3 games in 4 nights in Canada. Gonna be tough

Vegas has injuries. The rest of the division is soft. A physical team can tear right through this $!+€π division.

Need a disturber that gets the team rolling. Preferably one that can skate & draws penalties instead of getting penalties stepping in the ice.
