Hard to put liptick on this pig. We are in a brutal slump. Better now than later in the season/playoffs I suppose, but I am questioning if RBA will be able to make necessary changes.

Blaming this on Tulsky is crazy, Rod doesn’t know how to coach talent. Grind it out under dog hockey is all he f***ing knows. Give him a Buffalo or Philly or Nashville or San Jose, he can help rebuild the cultures there and get them punching above their weight.
Also, for a team that’s supposed to be all hustle and effort, this team shows none of that these days. Just flat and zero spark. No physicality at all, just dejection and poor body language. At least pull some Tkachuk brothers goon shit to show you’re pissed and not willing to accept things. All I see are signs of a group that have completely been squeezed out by the current coaching staff. Coaches have shelf lives and you have to start thinking long and hard if they’ve reached diminishing returns.

Team just isn’t playing with energy. Even Staal and martinook are dogging it compared to how they typically play.
