I never saw that , I only saw Leaf’s or Rangers. This is a complete failpost.
Kane only wanted the Rangers, and if you didn't know that open fact, no one should trust anything further about this.

So the short answer is no they didn't1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th

former first-rounder, drafted in 2017, playing bottom pairing on a good team, and struggling to be a regular. I am not sure what comparables are out there... but I think there was a similar trade today
That looks like more than 2 1sts worth
So the short answer is no they didn't
not that Tampa didn't grossly overpay but how did we pay the sameHe paid the same for ROR, Acciari, McCabe, and Lafferty as Tampa paid for Jeannot.
Martin Marincin has been gone for ages my friendImagine he improevs on goaltending and gets rid of MM in one swoop
Damn we really need a dislike button for posts like thisI think leafs fans are getting too excited over paper transactions (in typical leafs-fan fashion). Let's see how this team actually does before making any bold proclamations about Dubas. Foligno looked like a good pickup too until he didn't.

ah yes a busting prospect is still worth a 1stAh yes, the 2008 drafted player is still a young prospect.
Schenn is a good indicator of Foote's value, not Sandin.
.....
Spend on what?Trading a 22 year old for a 1st round pick isn't replenishing. They can go and spend that pick this week for all I care.
Agreed, and I don't think he's done yet.Like him or hate him, Kyle has layed his balls on the table this deadline.
Let's take a minute to appreciate the work. Once again..... whether you agree with the moves or not.
It's up to the players/staff now.
The team is miles better today for playoff hockey. We look worse and more ugly on paper, and that is the absolute beauty of it.That's our GM, Kyle "Stand Pat" Dubas!
We might better, worse, or equivalent to before. The one thing the team definitely isn't is the same. There's still time, assets and possibly cap space left too. Get a goalie, bring back other former Leafs, who knows??? Bring on the excitement of the games! Might I add, common trades???![]()
Been a few year since signing in, team just seemed to be the same thing last few, and interest had depleted... But then Dubas had to go and get me all fired up and believing there's a chance, or at least that they're willing to go for it, not just add a damn Clifford.
Excited to see Schenn back in a Leafs jersey, along with the rest of the additions.
