No. They'll be 4th. Had to win in the Soo last weekend. Be nice to beat LondonWhat's a realistic goal for this team right now in the standings? Do people think we can end up jumping into third by seasons end?
Asked around at intermission, turns out McCue is the one that hurt Martin way back in November.Watching on tv. Didn’t look like anything more than Martin wanting to go with someone.
If you’re going to instigate against a seemingly uninterested player, at least earn a draw.
Never do a blind pass backwards in your own end. Get it out first.Cowan SH goal is on Mesar, bad pass to a turnover. We got in the melee, came out with a PP and give London the lead. Brutal.
I hope they respond and step up to McCue...no idea how Reid came away with a penalty and McCue away clean when he headlocked and tried to (may have succeeded) in slew footing him and then pushing his face into the ice. Can't let OAs take serious liberties with rookies like that.
This team isn't too soft imo, it's too clean.
16 yr old looked like a vet tonight, good play at both ends and he didn't back downCam Reid should be the next captain. Showed no fear tonight and was very good I thought.
Lam and Savard were HS. Stark was sick Sunday ( not sure tonight)Must have missed it, where was Savard tonight?
The kid is good and all. But Andonovski is my captain next year.Cam Reid should be the next captain. Showed no fear tonight and was very good I thought.
Thought the same every PP. He's the weak link in PP1.Sale needs to be off PP1 in favour of Sop. Has no urgency or the ability to make fast decisions. Play dies on his stick.
It helps when his family is in the stands. Needs to keep up that play and we need goals from him.I liked Mesar's defensive game tonight. Threw a couple of good hits and saw him behind the Ranger net on more than one occasion.
Ando has grown so much over the years. From the kid that could be easily egged into conflict to the young man who is now all business and helping to lead the team. That goal of his last night was a thing of beauty. Good on him.The kid is good and all. But Andonovski is my captain next year.
lmao at the boldedRangers did a great job last night of not caving after going down a couple to the Knights. They scored some timely goals. Good to see Martin back in the fold. Had a bit of a scrap with his old minor hockey buddy McCue. Razor with his 49th of the season with the winner in OT. Reading Pyette's article on the game seems like the refs caused the loss. Knights are sending in a request to the league for clarification on why the penalties were called in the scrum. Rangers should to because McCue walked away from it unscathed. One thing you notice with the Knights is they set up quick in the offensive end and always seem to perch two forwards on both sides of the goalie to pick up loose pucks and deliver them on net. Rangers are doing a better job getting players in front of opposing nets lately. Anyhow in the end the Rangers actually beat the Knights which doesn't happen to often.
But no comment on Dickinson yapping to the ref on the way to the box and then continuing to do so until finally (waited too long IMO) the ref had enough. Boom....10 minute misconduct. What a stupid, stupid move on Dickinson's part that could have been avoided.Rangers did a great job last night of not caving after going down a couple to the Knights. They scored some timely goals. Pyette had his green and gold glasses on writing the article. Also wearing a life jacket in case he fell in the river he was crying about the refs doing the Knight wrong. Not easy to type while swallowing a bucket of sour grapes with tears in your eyes. I've done it many times after the Rangers lost to the Good Knights. But no comment on Dickinson yapping to the ref on the way to the box and then continuing to do so until finally (waited too long IMO) the ref had enough. No comment on the total non-call of Razor being hauled down which then resulted in a London goal that would have never happened if that call had been made. Let's have a clarification on that.
Oshawa and Kitchener have both shown that the Knights can be beaten. Good on them!
Quite sure in Reids 3rd or 4th yrr he'll get strong considerations for the C. I suspect he could be wearing an A next season though. The kid is good and all. But Andonovski is my captain next year.
Reid's move in OT saved the Ranger's bacon. Kid has jam and a ton of confidence in his abilities.Quite sure in Reids 3rd or 4th yrr he'll get straight considerations for the C. I suspect he could be wearing an A next season though.
Did anyone notice the Ranger records with and without Reid?
