At this point they need to fire the medical staff and bring in the exorcists

we're gonna end up the Carolina Hurricanes with no offence, with Reinbacher Dach and Slaf all with injuries, 2 last year and this year, its going to be really hard to be confident in the consistency of this team, my optimism diminishes by the day :(

Its not like he injured his wrist or got conccussed like prior injuries.
Its part of the game.

Bergeron last year after a perfect season is a reminder that it not fair.

Dach's injury gives the pessimists the opportunity to dunk on the optimists of this board. f***ing sad sack of a fanbase sometimes.
What do you expect? We finally have a player that looks like he can be the big 1C we’ve wanted for 40 years and he gets hurt every season.

I'm really reading people blaming Dach for his injuries?

Man...i'm more and more convinced we're the own designers of our bad Karma.

We don't deserve shit lol
It's been absolutely pathetic to see
I'm ashamed to be a fan of this club lol
People are unbelievable with this stuff

People calling him the true 1C over Suzuki
2 days later
'FRANK NAZAR! I ALWAYS KNEW IT!'

And the worst part about THAT after us explaining to people for a year and a HALF now
Bringing up Nazar at all makes NO SENSE LOL the guy only exists in our world of thought because of the draft pick we needed to get to trade FOR Dach lmao
Nazar had 00000000000000.0000000% chance to be a hab, like who does this to themselves?
But no matter how many times we explain it:
Snakes that wait in the grass for an injury to certain people POP up and regurgitate the misinformation we had to explain to them why theyre out to lunch all over again lmao

Feel bad for the guy. Finally looking like he can have a breakout year. But injuries happen. Just sucks this team gets way more then most for some reason

The whole injury prone thing for me only works when a player has an ongoing issue with the same injury. Crosby was concussion prone in the middle of his career. Two seperate areas of the body, does not equate to the labelling of a player as glass.

Let's wait and hear some details and prognosis for this injury as well as recovery chances, before we start dunking on eachother.

The guy was healthy when? How many of those freak injuries will he have? How come Suzuki doesn't have freak injuries? How come others have them? Are they not subject to hits?

Freak injury...the guy hurt himself playing tough hockey. Not by receiving a plane on the head...
Simply because initiation of physical engagement is part of Dach’s game whereas it isn’t for Suzuki, Caufield and most top-6 players.

Getzlaf was able to get away with that style of play because he possessed big & thick body structure , Dach isn’t the same physical stature

This is very depressing news because it felt like Dach was going to take the next step, and because it seems like all good young Habs players get injured all of the time.

I hope he comes back recovered and plays at least a half season, and I hope MSL finds a decent way to redistribute the ice time.

St-Louis being fatalist there, doesn't look good, like at all..

"Significant" seems to be a prelude to catastrophic

Starting to think the universe hates our guts

If they knew it was bad last night then surely it's a ligament or tendon injury, right?

MSL has weird mannerisms with the media I wouldn't read too much into his choice of words.

The scumbags are out of the woods, bringing up the trade and comparing him now to nazar, really amazed at some of the people that post here, really nice humans!
didn't Nazar miss all of last year because of a knee injury?

He missed a huge amount of time last year because of injury and certain users here were sneering about the trade being a clear win for the Habs due to it. The point isn't to continue sneering but to expose the nastiness and put an end to this toxic streak in Habs fandom.
