You’re right. That’d be a miracle had it happened.Roslovic scores, now that’s a miracle
Is my feed so much behind or you see the future ?Marchenko with his 2nd career NHL goal
Agreed.PP. Laine rings one off Quick's glove and the bar.
Bjork is great on the PP for quick passes - less great for teeing up Laine for the one-timer, seems to have half of his passes just a bit off. But he's quick and that gives the other guys some new options compared to the PP of old. Gaudreau will thrive with this and I think the net front guys are quick enough too for those quick snap shots.

Huh? On the PP? That one PP in the middle of the period he made like 2 super quick passes and I think the latter one resulted in the goal after Johnny did the same but towards Roslovic. Maybe I already misremember something but I think before tonight we've had _zero_ quick passes like that from the point on PP. Or at least zero quick back-and-forth passes like Bjork did with Gaudreau.I don't think Bjork is nearly quick enough with his passes. He's not making dumb plays which is nice but the play slows down when it gets to him.

I tend to agree with this while also giving him credit for being pretty good at transitioning the puck into the O zone. He made a few quick decisions but overall he’s more deliberate than ideal.I don't think Bjork is nearly quick enough with his passes. Ok I agree, I want faster passes and threading the box too (I almost thought there was a moment where Johnny could find a fast pass to Laine for a one-timer on one of the PPs, but he didn't risk it in the end). But at least it's a step in the right direction.Yeah it's still not quick enough for me. I want one touch play or something very close to it. The passes to Laine and Gaudreau weren't difficult for the PKers to read.
And Gaudreau on pace for nearly 30. Larsen's game management is garbageLars had KJ-Sillinger-Marchenko on ice for about two and half minutes - on pace for under 9 minutes. WTF is wrong with this guy?
That we have so many AHL players on the team right now seems appropriate as they’re being led by an AHL coachAnd Gaudreau on pace for nearly 30. Larsen's game management is garbage
The 2nd and 3rd lines didn't play any worse and both have excellent players. I understand that Kent can't play that much yet. But for the 1st line to have such big ice time? And Gaudreau on pace for nearly 30. Larsen's game management is garbage

This is my gripe with under-utilizing the onetimer from Laine. The pass can not be slow or obvious. It negates the whole point with onetimers.Yeah it's still not quick enough for me. Yep, that’s true…..but you have to trust your guys or at least show you have trust in them so they build trust in themselves.I sometimes think the coaches want to have more even minutes but then they get excited and competitive and try and go all out for the win. They can't stop themselves.
Lol Kent can play a lot more than 2.5 minutes per period. He probably hasn't broken a sweat.
