GDT: Kings Training Camp Thread

Doughty out with upper body injury? Hopefully just precautionary, but I am still worried about his shoulder.

@LAKingsPR: FYI: Drew Doughty is not slated to participate in on-ice activities today because of an upper body injury that occurred during training.

As expected and discussed in the previous Mike Richards thread, he's been bumped up to center Williams and King with Stoll taking center between Lewis and Clifford.

Hopefully the guys who are banged up are ready to go by opening night. Seems like lots of star players throughout the league are being held off of on ice activities to open camps.

kegstand from the cup injury imo.

hope it's not a nagging injury that affects him throughout the season. would rather it be something he can rest out. Sick of our players getting training injuries!

would rather them all be injured now than next spring

Went to the AM group session. Not going to comment on the established core, as they all looked fine.

Adam Cracknell looked pretty good out there. Skates well, big body, was scoring on nearly every shot against the goalies.

Brayden McNabb is a pretty big kid. Skates well, looks composed, gave off a sense of "Yeah, I'm gonna make this team". I'll wait to further analyze him until I see him in game action, but DL gave up 2 big assets to get him, and IN DEAN WE TRUST!!!

Didn't really notice Andreoff, but he was usually always on the other side of the ice from me.

Everyone else was just normal, didn't see anything that was glaringly bad with any of them.

HOCKEY IS BACK!!!!
