It's better than the current logo, but that's not saying much as the home plate was one of the worst in the league. The problem is that it's just so bland and lazy.
"You gotta do what you gotta do."Pretty sure that was the Patriot's motto when they winning all those Super Bowls.
I think their printer is broken or someone hasn't refilled the color in it -- only has black.Hopefully this is like the PLD trade and only lasts one year
Does Luc only see in black-and-white?
The logo doesn’t bother me so much, I just want to see some color in the jerseys. Use the black and white with the Chevy logo to honor the past as third jerseys. Purple and Gold jerseys the last few years have been some of the modest ever
because people do want itReally don't understand why the Kings think anyone wants a 3,306 word article (!) and a 1 hour 18 minute podcast (!!!) about their new logo
Alright comrade chill out with the heresy. I bet you put cereal into the bowl first, heathen.I love the Chevy logo but as always, a pop of color would be nice.
You do realize it’s the Lakers wearing the Kings colors right? Not the other way around.I always liked the purple in the Kings early 2000s jersey. I think purple yellow is mad corny and the Kings need to seriously hop off the lakers nuts at this point so I’m glad it isn’t the purple yellows.
Black silver and purple would have been nice but it seems like they did very minimal to change the jerseys.
The secondary crown is sick
We need a slogan update to go along with the rebrand: Integrity = Passion = Family
Well technically yes, but the purple (fourm blue) and gold are known for the Lakers. Cooke adopted the Kings colors to the Lakers in 1967 as he owned both teams and wanted them to be the same. But ask any sports fan around the world who's team is purple and gold and they would say the Lakers. You do realize it’s the Lakers wearing the Kings colors right? Not the other way around.
I don't care who's color it is originally. Its been Purple and Yellow for the Lakers long enough to be theirs. You do realize it’s the Lakers wearing the Kings colors right? Not the other way around.

Park and Ride! When Dean Lombardi won some cups, I have zero recollection of what the team’s branding was. Every time I think of branding now, it seems like the marketing department is pushing stuff during a known loser season.
