I think Doughty was trying to show everyone he's the best defenseman in the league, especially the Toronto area. He didn't do a very good job of that. He went full Patrick Kane last night, trying to do too much and didn't use his teammates very much at all as the game went along. He was good the first 12-15 min of the first and that's about it.

If brown is indeed hurt, I'm thinking it was from getting hit with a shot, same play that hit one of the maple leafs on the face. It looked like it deflected off brown first and he hunched over a bit. Then again that source is pretty crappy...
