We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.
What This Means for You:
- If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
- If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
- Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
- Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress
Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. I watched him intently last night. Obviously he has skills but IMO he really doesn't know how to play hockey. On his own side of the red line he's a total puck watcher. No awareness of where danger is coming from, nada, zip, bupkiss.
Seemingly he has ridden his offensive skills to the NHL w/o any of his minor coaches really teaching him the game. A great disservice to the young man IMO.

I know his blasphemy to say and we get the obligatory ‘he’s 19’ but he does crap that drives you nuts watching your kid’s games. Trying to stick handle through three people and let’s be honest - he’s an absolute disaster in the D zone.

Is the whole captain thing really that big of a deal? Can’t think of anyother team in the NHL that has a captain that is as worthless on the ice as Foligno. But but ‘the room’. I haven’t seen any real evidence of him helping the young guys take the next step. Especially 98
usually the people who complain in this manner are actually espousing very commonly held and expressed beliefs but pretend that there's an angry mob of optimist zealots waiting 24 hours a day on this site just to come to your house and literally crucify you for saying connor bedard is bad defensively. playing pretend in such a way allows them to feel like victimized truth-tellers, telling it how it is, rather than passive consumers of a mass media product.
