Bedard also tried to skate through 3 guys as he entered the zone with about 3 min left. Young player have to get coached up to break bad habits

I watched him intently last night. Obviously he has skills but IMO he really doesn't know how to play hockey. On his own side of the red line he's a total puck watcher. No awareness of where danger is coming from, nada, zip, bupkiss.

Seemingly he has ridden his offensive skills to the NHL w/o any of his minor coaches really teaching him the game. A great disservice to the young man IMO.

Dude is cooked. Wish he wasn’t signed for next year. Just because we know he won’t be a healthy scratch as a captain

Probably stick him on the fourth line next year with Dickinson and Anderson or Slaggert. Probably one more year at the bottom for this group. Half this roster won’t be playing for us in 26/27
