Gallagher was really good to score goals in these situations :( When we're putting so much pressure on goalie/offensive zone.

What I get from reading comments in here is that we're actually playing well against the LA Kings but lack finish. Not a bad sign at all.

Montreal just wastes too many shots. They need to be a lot more patient in the offensive zone. Too often a terrible shot just gives up possession. In the beginning of the year, they were more willing to hold on the puck or at least rag it until they got some help.

Now, it's toss it on net and what? Hope for the best. Not a good strategy.

That's the regular strategy in the NHL for teams that are in scoring droughts. The "experts" just think it's a good way to get back into a scoring mood. All garbage imho.

They need quality shots.

Why the hell does Gilbert have more minutes than Petry?

Gilbert is our new #4 D man?

That episode made me like Chara. He honestly seems like a genuinely humble dude.

Yeah, I caught it last night. I think with most of these guys, once they get on the ice, they flip a switch and it's do or die. Most of them would be good guys of the ice.

We played well for less than half the period. First half was a total nightmare.

Patrice Bergeron is basically the perfect human being with a beautiful family.

paired with Markov, so i guess it's

Beaulieu-Subban
Markov-Gilbert
Emelin-Petry

Who knew that Therrien would make a stupid decision in a 60min game.

I remember watching Drew Doughty for the first time in 2010 Olympics and praying to Baby Jesus that we would one day have a player like him. Baby Jesus answered my prayers.
