I'm not a soothsayer predicting the future but I can say Slaf is in the good path to become a big hitting winger, the man we wished he could developped when he was drafted. I'm still optimistic about him today.
More optimistic with each passing game.

I saw some good teams recently like Bruins and Bolts but I have to say LA Kings are real Cup contender stuff. A team so well structured, I see nothing bad with this team. They are very hard to beat, best 1-3-1 system of 2023.
Good observation. It’s their structure that really stood out the most to me. They were everywhere they needed to be.

It's like learning car traffic when you'e a kid. If you don't want to get hit by a car, get out of his way !
My wife is starting to take theory lessons and has asked me to teach her to drive before she takes the actual driving lessons.

I’m trying to find the most remote point in the country to start our lessons, because if there is another living soul around you can bet she’ll ram into them.

Welcome back, missed you yesterday.
I was in the GDT yesterday and praised Slafkovsky for his rather good performance. Today he was crap though, like the rest of the team.

Didn't catch you there but yeah, this was a brutal game. I wish this team would find the right balance between young players playing well and developing, while also making sure we've got a top 5 pick.

Bold Prediction:

If Dach, Monahan, and Suzuki are all back and healthy next season, this will be a good team that is fun to follow. They may even make the playoffs.

Nowhere land
Yeah Dach’s injury was devastating. He opened so many possibilities for the 2nd/3rd lines
Not having Dach this year is devastating. For next year I hope he stay out of injuries, progress and dominate the game.

I apologize for beating a dead horse but:

For a man who has never been efficient on the pp in his entire career and is struggling this season.
He will score again but can't predict when. He's in an huuuuge slump right now. I think he needs a change of scenery.

76 min of power play time...

You know...not scoring is one thing but to not elevate other aspects of your game is an even bigger issue.

He could be hitting, fighting off D in front of the net, he could be standing up for his teammates, he is doing none of those things.

I expected the game to be brutal, but this might have been worst than I imagined. I'm kinda glad that I missed about half of the game.

Bad game.

Was expected at the end of the road trip.

Gotta bounce back hard wednesday against Columbus.

Despite the ugly loss today, they leave California with 4 pts out of 6. However, they didn't look good in either game except for a few moments in each game.
I think people put too much stock in playing a full 60 minute game. I know that’s what everyone wants but it’s unrealistic. LA did today but hardly any teams play a good 60. All it takes it’s 10 mins and a couple of goals
