Jeannot dummied Frederic last year. I would rather have TJ.

Are you recommending extending him?

I was pissed but I looked and don't really see who can replace him?

Your up on that.

Resign him or sign which FA?
The only players that can fill his role are AHL players like Element or Doty. I’m a big Taylor Ward fan, but likely can’t play the role Jeannot plays.

Helenius got the call - he’s my fav prospect. But he’s a center and still very young.

You're just remembering the bad stuff.

People forget how good the "good" version of him was.

When was that version? He had his moments, and I did like him, but man he was an idiot at times and the refs were just waiting for him to mess up. His good would never outweighed his bad. How many players have you ever seen been given a penalty for chirping a guy in a scrum his breath smelled like dogshit?

It was an idea. I didn't say it was a good idea.

Andre Lee has 0 goals, can't fight and is -4. Why aren't fans all over him?
I can do without Andre Lee and Tanner Jeannot. They have both sucked so far. I'd rather see Helenius on the fourth line, and I'm not even a Helenius fan.

Andre Lee should be in Ontario working on all parts of his game. He looks tentative and a step behind. 2 goals for and 6 goals against while he's on the ice. Not what the Kings need on the fourth line right now.

I don't understand what people have against Lee. He's a rookie.

We always bitch about kids not getting enough of a role on the team.

We're not winning ANYTHING this year. Not the SC, not the Conference, not the division, and probably not a PO Series either. Let Lee play.

Id sure like to see arty get an honest shot at some consistent enduring time on ice- maybe on a line Q's centering and others arty's played with in the a. Maybe lee?

No one has anything against Lee. To frame it that way is begging for attention. We just want him to play with more fire for his size. It’s not that deep.

I don’t have anything against Lee in particular, but I am pretty goddamn tired of the only thing these shitheads ever give us to be excited about is “X might be a decent 4th liner for us some day! Break out the rubber sheets!!! “

X = [“Madden”, “Thomas”, “JAD”, “Lee”, “Helenius”, “etc.”]

I'm a bit of a size queen, and I have a fetish for 7th round picks.

So when I see a player like Lee—who's gotten steadily better every year since being drafted—make the NHL for us it gets me excited.

He could end up being a very good bottom 6 winger.

Lee’s best case is probably Brian Boyle, who at 24 was just getting his feet wet with the Kings and by 26 was centering a 4th line and playing significant PK minutes (for another team, but still).

Anyway, Jeannot! More like Jeannot good, am I right
