Read their press-release I posted earlier. They're trying to position themselves as a team of the future and a hi-tech organization. Also they've mentioned that no team in KHL has a human on the logo, what makes their new logo unique.

I respect history and tradition of Jokerit, but as I watched YT, Jokerit has blue jerseys and write jerseys. Why these colours if no blue/write in logo? Too many blues/write teams in KHL, I would like to see yellow or red jerseys of Jokerit, like following

No, workout outside and two-side match and so on ice indoor. I don't know what is he doing there in full equipment.
