The effort by Hellebuyck in the early parts of the game was legendary and won the game for us! I loved Pionk’s game. And great to see the hatty from Connor! 6 PIM, 3 goals

The pk has to get better though. The Avalanche commentator said that this was the hardest the Avs has played all year and that it can be demoralizing to lose after such an effort. So it was a good game by them as well.

Strange. The original Jets only won 2 of 23 games in Montreal, according to Jets historian Curtis Walker, from 1979-96.

Edit:

The 2.0 Jets have a record of 10-22-2 in Montreal. Not impressive but much better than the 1.0 days.
